Welcome to Prairie Paper Co. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Overview & Products

Prairie Paper Co is a brand owned and operated by Barry Koehn dba Design 360, based in Fayette County, Iowa. We sell physical goods, including stationery, paper goods, art prints, wide-format print products, and custom business print materials to customers in the United States and Canada.

2. Production Times & Order Processing

  • Standard Processing: Typical order processing time is 2 to 4 business days.

  • Custom & Business Print Orders: Custom orders require additional time for artwork preparation, proofs, and design finalization before production begins.

  • Production timelines do not include shipping transit times.

3. Pricing, Availability & Right to Cancel

  • Pricing & Typographical Errors: We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, product or material unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Order Cancellations by Customer

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placement, provided that production or custom design work has not yet started.

  • Because many of our paper and print items are custom printed or made to order, cancellations cannot be accepted once materials have been allocated or production has begun.

  • To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, contact us immediately at office@design360.us with your order number.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Destinations: We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

  • Carrier Responsibility: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post).

  • Damaged Shipments: The shipping carrier and customer are responsible for packages damaged during transit. Damage claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. At our sole discretion, Design 360 may assist with or submit a claim on your behalf, but we are not legally liable for carrier handling.

6. Returns, Refunds & Defective Products

  • All Sales Final: Due to the nature of paper goods, prints, and custom-produced products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect choices made during ordering.

  • Defective Products: If you receive a product that has a manufacturing or printing defect:

    1. Notify us at office@design360.us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the defect.

    2. If the product is determined to be defective, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

    3. If a physical return of the defective item is required, Design 360 will provide and pay for the return shipping label.

7. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property

  • If you supply artwork, logos, or text for custom business printing, you warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all materials submitted. You agree to hold harmless Design 360 from any copyright or trademark claims arising from custom materials provided by you.

  • All original designs, graphics, text, and imagery created by Prairie Paper Co / Design 360 remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any transactions conducted through Prairie Paper Co shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Iowa.
